CXMA.UK are delighted to reveal the 2024 INSPIRE 100. This roll of honour resulted from the nominations of peers, responding to the question: Who Inspires You?
The roll is presented in alphabetical order. We do not believe in ranking business leaders.

About
CXMA.UK Customer Experience Management Association was founded in 2022 as a community of CX leaders and stakeholders i.e., the people behind the experience.
Membership is open to all levels of seniority, from the big hitters to the fresh starters.
Personal Membership is free of charge and always will be.
You don’t have to have CX in your job title to become a member. If you feel your role has a stakeholding in or an impact upon customer experience, you are welcome to join us.
Once you are a member you can nominate a colleague or connection to also join.
Please note, we cannot accept member enrolment from freelancers or business developers in B2B business services firms, including technology suppliers, BPOs, and management consultants. If you wish to sell products or services to our members, we have a range of sponsorship opportunities available.
Mission
CXMA.UK’s mission is very simple, to deliver our members learning, knowledge-share, and networking opportunities.
All three pillars will be delivered using a mix online and in-person activities, encouraging cross-industry collaboration and relationship-building.
In addition, we will build a library of resources and undertake market research and analysis.

Funding
CXMA.UK administration and member activities will be funded by commercial sponsorship.
Select suppliers with a tradition of innovation will be invited to sponsor the CXMA.UK as a whole or individual activities.
We aim to only engage sponsors who contribute to our learning and knowledge-share mission pillars.
Our commercial partnerships will allow the CXMA.UK to offer Personal Membership at no cost.
